TERMS & POLICIES:
1. Every product warranty is 30 minutes from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated in the product description). * EXCEPTION to Number 8 below.
If you encounter any issues with your accounts, please contact admin(s)/support available. We'd always be available to help. We advise you kindly contact us immediately you discover any issue with any item purchased, complaints laid after 30minutes warranty won't be paid attention to.

2. A 99.99% guarantee for product returns/replacements is a recorded video, as per Number 3 below.
Whether we are online or not, please contact us via WhatsApp or on Telegram ( no need to message in multiple places at once ).

3. A refund to user wallet (moneyback) is only possible if it is not possible to replace the item with a similar one. If a moneyback occurs and the payment service fee used to process the payment exceeds 1% of the refund amount, the fee will be borne by the customer.

4. Please note that when contacting support for replacement, Lavida Digitals reserves the right to request a video of the purchase (for ANY product), as it's not always possible to identify the specific issue with the product, such as coupons. Recording a video is optional but it 100% guarantees the replacement in the event of a defective item.
Video recording of the purchase must be made BEFORE payment for the item. Recordings made after receipt of the item, at the request of support, are not considered grounds for a return or replacement.

5. The User is solely responsible for any uninformed purchased. Refunds or exchnages for similar items with any additional criteria are NOT POSSIBLE! It is best to clarify any questions you may have with Lavida Digitals SUPPORT before purchasing.

6. The warranty for the use of the product covers the fact that you can log in to your account using your login and password if the product received after purchase contains the data specified in Number 5 above. Their use is MANDATORY! (exception 6.1.2)
6.1 User Agent / cookies / Fingerprint / Proxy / Token / API / Format of a specific program, etc.
6.1.1 If the accounts DO NOT match your software / browser extension, etc. - this is not a reason for returning / replacing the product.
6.1.2 VKONTAKTE accounts in the login: pass: token format, which requires 2FA when logging in via login: pass - are subject to return / replacement (unless the product description does not indicate how to use TOKEN to log in via the WEB version , as well as other conditions for return / replacement).

7. By purchasing a product, the User understands that they know how to use it. Lavida Digitals is not the original supplier of these products, and therefore does not provide training on how to fully use the product, unless the basics eg How to login such product. Therefore, we will NOT be able to teach or fully advise the User on how to use the product.

8. If you can log in to your account via a computer and it works, but access is limited or impossible for certain reasons on another device/browser/software, etc., this is NOT grounds for a return/replacement of the product, unless the product is intended exclusively for a specific device.

9. Product warranty:
9.1 Standard product warranty - 30 minutes
9.2 VK is - 10 minutes
9.3 INDIVIDUAL warranty product is specified in the product description, if this information is NOT AVAILABLE , the STANDARD warranty p. 8.1
9.4 Long-term product warranty is relevant and valid as long as the supplier cooperates with Lavida Digitals, otherwise the product warranty is invalid.

10. After purchasing a product, change the data on it (login/password/email, etc.) to avoid accidental logins from third parties, with the EXCEPTION of as Indicated in Number 10.1
10.1 It is PROHIBITED to change data where accounts have REAL origins , for example: VPN/Movie services/etc.
10.2 The Marketplace is NOT responsible for a product on which data has been changed after a period of time (as Indicated in Number 9)

11. When purchasing any product, use/test it IMMEDIATELY , without putting it off, otherwise you will lose the guarantee that you will be able to receive a return/replacement of the product.

12. If a User makes any changes to a purchased item and then requests a return/replacement, the User may be denied due to the information entered in the account.

13. After receiving the item, the USER agrees to retain the item for future use. Lavida Digitals does not act as a storage facility for the purchased item.

14. If the marketplace issues a replacement item, the USER AGREES to retain this account . Lavida Digitals does not act as a storage facility for the purchased item.

15. The User undertakes not to create unnecessary flood/spam/information towards Lavida Digitals. Otherwise, we have the right to REFUSE service at the time of the request and thereafter, WITHOUT any compensation.

16. Lavida Digitals does NOT compensate the user for funds/additional services/accounts, etc., spent on purchasing additional services for using the product.

17. The product warranty begins upon receipt of the product. If the user does not have the skills to use the product as at the time of purchase, this will not delay the product's warranty period. as Indicated in Number 6 above.

18. The user undertakes to provide as much information as possible in the event of any problems with the purchased product.

19. It is prohibited to leave a message WITHOUT order details immediately after purchase, and then send the order number/list of invalid items after the warranty period has expired.
20. The user will NOT be able to receive a replacement/refund for accounts that they have already used and then applied for a replacement/return of the product.

21. The user is prohibited from using accounts for which a refund or replacement has been issued.

22. Regardless of whether Lavida Digitals support team is online or not, you must submit an order request immediately upon discovering a problem; otherwise, your order's warranty will be voided.

23. A proxy matching your account's geolocation is required when working with a product; otherwise, support may refuse to process, replace, or return your request. For products with a mixed IP address, any geolocation is acceptable, but a proxy is required. Using a VPN when working with a product is prohibited .

24. Lavida Digitals has no refund policy directly to Crypto wallets nor Bank Accounts.

25. Refunds to user wallets are only possible if the fault is from our end.

26. Users are solely responsible for what they use the products for. Lavida Digitals does not support or encourage the use of products purchased from us for illegal purposes.
